About Kol Neshama

Founded by Artistic Director Robin Garbose in 2000, Kol Neshama Performing Arts Conservatory is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization dedicated to providing professional artistic training and performance opportunities for Jewish girls and women in a Torah setting. Through Kol Neshama's eight years of summer intensives and school year programs, nearly 300 girls from all over Los Angeles and as far away as Israel, South Africa, Argentina and Germany have experienced the joy and benefits of creative expression. To date, Kol Neshama has produced nine original musical plays, three episodes of the entertaining musical DVD series for girls, Camp Bnos Yisrael, and the historic, first-ever "for women only" feature movie musical, A Light for Greytowers.
